This website is operated by Sireletsa Safe Training. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us at info@sireletsatraining.com.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact and proposal form:

• Your name, role or rank, organisation and type of organisation
• Your email address, phone number and country
• Details of the training you are interested in, number of people and timeframe
• Anything you write in the message box

We also record the date and time of your enquiry and your browser type, to help us protect the form against spam. We ask you not to include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in the form.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange training you have asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your information because you have asked us to respond to your enquiry and given your consent, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and taking steps towards a contract.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored securely on our website hosting and sent to our business email account. Only the lead instructor and anyone working directly with us on your enquiry can see them. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter a contract with you, in which case records are kept for as long as needed for that contract and our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website uses one essential session cookie, which is needed to protect the contact form against misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email info@sireletsatraining.com. We will respond within one month.

Data protection laws

We aim to handle personal information in line with the data protection laws that apply to our work, which may include the Botswana Data Protection Act, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
